Abstract
This paper reports the Sr-90 and Cs-137 distribution measured in 1987, 1989 and 1990 along a soil profile in a grassland, located in the Nor th of Italy. The vertical distribution of Cs-137 in soil due to the Ch ernobyl accident was used to validate the RABES (RAdionuclides BEhavio ur in Soil) model (Velasco et al., 1991).
