Abstract
A model of ZFC is constructed in which there exists a subset of the Mo ore plane that is countably paracompact but not normal. The method use d in the construction is forcing using uncountable sets of finite part ial functions. omega1 and omega2 are shown to be preserved using a fus ion lemma.
