Abstract
A 27-year-old male patient known to suffer from bilateral facial micro somia was operated, and a free musculocutaneous flap was transferred t o his face. The soft tissue augmentation of his lower half of the face was good. The advantages of this method are shown and the relevant li terature is reviewed.
