Abstract
We deal with optical properties of TTF-DT4NF together with electrical conductivity measurements made with rod-like samples carrying a silver paint contact at both ends. Schottky barrier formation was observed i n each case, although strongly modified by tunneling carriers across t he only thin barriers formed due to a high impurity content of the sam ples. In the higher voltage range non-ohmic bulk conductivity behaviou r is manifest.
