Abstract
A computer program to assist the identification of species of Ditylenc hus Filipjev, 1936 is described. The program has user-friendly interfa ce, is simple to use and can easily be extended. The general coefficie nt of similarity, defined by Gower, was taken as a measure of similari ty. It allows for simultaneous comparison of all features used for ide ntification. The computer output lists five species most similar to th e unknown specimens being identified.
