Abstract
Measurements of the dc electrical conductivity, thermopower and Hall m obility in the amorphous alloy As0.20Se0.40Te0.40, at several temperat ures below the glass transition temperature have been per-formed. Two conduction models, the two-channel model and the small polaron hopping model, capable of explaining satisfactorily the experimental results are presented.
