Abstract
The formation of cryoproteins is rare and as a rule provocated by seve ral diseases so as infections. This process is stimulated by cooling w hich is not pathogenic. This increase of immune proteins is localized in B-lymphocytes and is mainly a humoral reaction, mediated by antibod ies of the type of immunocomplexes. Simultaneous an IgE-mediated type I-reaction (anaphylaxia) is possible (10%). In this case the clinical pictures are a urticaria reproducible by cold, erectile tissues are ra rely. An etiopathogenetic meaning of the Hepatitis-B-Virus is showing off. The clinical symptoms, laboratory, and histopathological data of a female patient with the detection of cryoglobulinemia who is suffere d from a bronchopneumonia is demonstrated. Clinical manifestations of the organs so as therapeutical possibilities are in detail described.
