Abstract
Concentrations of Ca, Fe, Cu and Zn in liposomal doxorubicin were dete rmined using diagnostic X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (DXS). No proc essing of the liposomes was required. This method was applied successf ully for quality control of different liposomal formulations.
