By means of spectral-correlation analysis was studied the dynamics of
the structural changes of coherent relations of the electrical activit
y of the sensorimotor cortex and the medical hypothalamus (MH) of the
rabbit under motor polarization dominant created by the action of DC a
node on the sensorimotor cortex area. During the motor dominant the sp
ectral power of MH activity was shown to increase in the delta-band. T
he structural changes of coherent relations of the electrical activity
of the sensorimotor cortex and the MH were manifested by a decrease o
f coherence in the delta- and alpha-frequency bands. Electrical stimul
ation of the MH inhibited the motor dominant reactions.
