MODELING THE PROCESS FOR RUTOZIDE EXTRACT ION FROM SOPHORA-JAPONICA BUDS

C.Z. : 615.31 This paper presents the results of the study concerning the Rutozide extraction from Sophora Japonica buds.The correlation bet ween the extraction process performance and the factors influencing th e process, i.e. temperature, duration and float ratio (alcohol mass / plant mass), was aimed at. A regression equation, describing the depen dence between the process field and the above mentioned variables, was worked out and then the equal level curves, characteristic to the ext raction performance for various variables values, were drawn.
