Abstract
Hydrocarbon group analysis of petroleum distillates in kerosine range has been carried out by standardising a high performance liquid chroma tographic method. Quantitation was achieved by calibrating both refrac tive index and ultraviolet detectors with hydrocarbon type concentrate s separated from a blend of kerosines and results compared with those obtained by mass and UV spectrometry.
