Abstract
A case of cutaneous mesenchymal haemangiopericytoma-like tumour affect ing a 17-year-old male is presented. Clinical features were non-specif ic. The tumour was studied by light, electron microscopy and immunohis tochemistry. The results of these studies suggested the diagnosis of a mesenchymal, poorly-differentiated tumour showing features of haemang iopericytoma. The clinical course after surgery was uneventful after a 9-month follow-up period.
