Abstract
Background. Reticulate acropigmentation of Kitamura (RAK) is an autoso mal dominantly inherited dermatosis. Case Reports. Two patients are de scribed with the clinical and histopathologic features of reticulate a cropigmentation of Kitamura. Conclusions. We speculate that RAK and th e Dowling-Degos disease (DDD) are the same diseases.
