Abstract
"Less aggressive" burst stimulation is more effective in terminating sponta neous monomorphic ventricular tachycardia with a lesser acceleration rate. Higher ventricular tachycardia cycle length and use of 91% coupling interva l were independent predictors for pacing termination.
