K-shell energies and transition rates for the Auger and radiative deca
ys in carbon-like ions with 1s2s(m)2p(n) (m + n = 5) configurations ha
ve been calculated using the multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock method incl
uding Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamic corrections. Sevent
een ions with atomic numbers 6 less than or equal to Z less than or eq
ual to 54 were considered. Transition rates were evaluated in intermed
iate coupling with configuration interaction within the same complex.
