Abstract
During a Salmonella survey of animal feedstuff ingredients, cocoa bean'shel l samples were collected and examinated. Eighteen Salmonella serotypes were detected. Salmonella Enteritidis was isolated in nearly all the shell samp les and two new serotypes Salmonella Ploufragan and Salmonella Morillons we re discovered.
