Abstract
Tissue deposits of amyloid may lead to various clinical symptoms and signs, depending on the site of deposition. In addition, a specific subtype of am yloidosis, AL protein type, is associated with multiple myeloma, Two cases representing contrasting examples of altered radiopharmaceutical biodistrib ution in myeloma and amyloidosis are presented and discussed, with a bone t racer depicting the heart and a heart tracer depicting the bones.
