Gorham disease is a rare disorder of unknown etiology characterized by bone
destruction and abnormal proliferation of thin-walled vascular channels in
cluding lymphatic capillaries. Starting monocentrically in a single bone, t
he angiomatous masses in this disease extend to adjacent bones and soft tis
sues without respecting articular barriers. Herein we report a case of Gorh
am disease with its MR and histopathologic appearance.
