A 45-year-old woman presented severe right lower abdominal pain. Transabdom
inal sonography demonstrated bilateral adnexal cystic masses. At surgery, t
hese cystic masses were bilateral simple hydrosalpinges with torsion of the
right side. She had previously had tubal ligation. When we encounter an ad
nexal torsion, we should consider tubal torsion when there is a history of
tubal ligation.
