Abstract
Taeniasis is very common all over the world and invades the upper small bow
el in humans. It is very unusual to see this parasite in the stomach. We re
port a case of gastric taeniasis that led to granulomatous gastritis. The e
limination of the parasite resulted in complete disappearance of the granul
omas in the corpus and antrum and in complete recovery of the patient.
