Abstract
Thermal decomposition and gamma-pyrolysis of aluminum nitrate nonahydrate h ave been investigated by means of X-ray, IR, UV/VIS, TGA and DTA. All the e xperimental results obtained before and after gamma-ray irradiation elucida ted the decomposition mechanism.
