Abstract
We investigate, through Monte Carlo simulations, the nature of the second-o rder point in a Z(2) (Bosonic) + Z(2) gauge theory in four dimensions. Deta iled analysis of the critical exponents point to the Ising universality cla ss. The relevance to extended models and possible non-Gaussian behavior is discussed. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
