We present preliminary results of growth and melting at the interface betwe
en spin ordered solid He-3 and superfluid liquid He-3 both in a low magneti
c field of 0.2 T and in a high magnetic field of 8.9 T. Measurements of the
growth and melting velocity were performed by simultaneously observing the
crystal using optical techniques with a low-temperature CCD camera and by
using precise pressure measurements. Our results in low magnetic held agree
qualitatively with those of Nomura et al. (J. Low Temp. Phys. 95 (1994) 71
