Abstract
We investigate a matter wave amplifier model which is capable of enhancing- an external input atomic wave signal. This amplifier makes use of a cavity QED interaction with a trapped Bose-Einstein condensate. We examine the ato mic wave equations and describe the gain performance. [S1050-2947(98)04412- 6].
