Abstract
The oxide system C - S - A - (S) over bar(+), which includes phases C S, A, (S) over bar, C3S, C2S, C3S2, CS, C(3)A, C(12)A(7), CA, CA(2), CA(6) C (S) over bar, A(3)S(2), A (S) over bar(3), C(2)AS, CAS(2), C5S2(S) over bar, C (4)A(3)(S) over bar, is analysed for its phase compatibility. The phase com patibility model of the system is derived from the literature data as well as from the own experimental study and from the partial modelling of the ph ase compatibility relationships based on the geometrical consideration Twen ty-eight equilibrium quaternary phase assemblages have been established, wh ich define the entire subsolidus phase space.
