Abstract
Atmospheric pressure CVD is an attractive method of coating glass substrate s since it can be directly integrated with commercial float glass manufactu ring lines. Tin sulfide materials are important and of interest for a range of applications by CVD, and here the first APCVD of SnS and SnS2 from the reaction of tin chloride and H2S is described. The Figure shows an example of single-phase crystalline SnS2.
