Abstract
Metastable high-pressure perovskite phases in substitutional solid solution s with subtraction (PbZrO3)(1-x)(Ba1/2NbO3)(x) and (PbTiO3)(1-y)(Ba1/2NbO3) (y) are investigated. A model of atomic substitution in the A and B sublatt ices in the course of formation of a perovskite structure with vacancies is proposed for the PbZrO3-BaNb2O6 and PbTiO3-BaNb2O6 systems. Concentration dependences of the average unit-cell parameter and the tolerance factor are calculated.
