Dielectric constant and pyroelectric effect were studied in mixed monoclini
c hydrogen and dihydrogen ammonium phosphates and telluium hydroxide (TAAP)
crystals within the 20 Hz-20 kHz frequency range at temperatures 10-50 deg
rees C. The "universal law" formulated for the dielectric response in solid
s was experimentally tested. The results confirmed the existence of a phase
transition at 48 degrees C, as well as the existence of a universal dielec
tric response.
