Abstract
[4+2] Cycloadditions of thiobenzophenones la and thiofluorenones 2 with cyc lic and open-chain dienes gave cycloadducts in high yields. Assignment of t he product structure especially the regiochemistry of the cycloadditions in volved H-1- and C-13-NMR spectroscopy, and single-crystal structure determi nation.
