Abstract
Carcinoma of the gallbladder is characterized by rapid tumour growth associ ated with lymphatic and local tumour invasion. The peritoneum, GIT and lung s are common sites of seeding. Distant metastasis to bone rarely occurs. He re we document a case of silent gallbladder carcinoma presenting as scalp t umour with improved survival.
