Abstract
Representational difference analysis of cDNA (cDNA RDA) is a PCR-based diff erential cloning method. We have found that this PCR-based subtraction tech nique does not have any bias towards smaller DpnII-generated fragments. We have successfully used this method to identify the rat homologue of the mou se capsulin gene. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
