We have analysed the e(+)e(-) collision data collected with Beijing Spectro
meter at the center-of-mass energy 4.03 GeV and selected e(+)e(-) --> tau(/-)tau(-/+) e(+/-)X(-/+) nu's events, X+/- required as mu(+/-), pi(+/-) and
rho(+/-). From fitting electron energy spectrum in tau --> e nu's decay, t
he measurement value of Michel parameter is given as rho(tau --> e) 0.705(-
0.054-0.026)(+0.055+0.027), this result is in good agreement with the predi
ction of standard Model.
