Abstract
In this work, the thermoluminescence response of alpha-Al2O3 under sol ar irradiation has been studied. This material exhibits selective exci tation with a narrow response, with a maximum at 313 nm, in the ultrav iolet-B range. (C) 1997 American Institute of Physics.
