Abstract
2-Chloro-4,6-bis[(R)-1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamino]-1,3,5-triazine, 2,4,6-tris[( R)-1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamino]1,3,5-triazine, and 2,4-bis[(R)-1-(1-naphthyl)e thylamino]-6-[(S)-1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamino]-1,3,5-triazine have been synthe sized, and their efficiency and versatility as chiral solvating agents for the determination by NMR of the enantiomeric composition of derivatized or underivatized chiral compounds have been demonstrated.
