Abstract
Dielectric constant and loss factor were investigated as a function of temp erature for different frequencies of the measuring field for the (Pb0.75Ba0 .25) (Zr0.70Ti0.30)O-3 ceramics. Additional measurements of the pyroelectri c and thermally stimulated depolarization currents were carried out. The re sults obtained show distinct correlation. They also prove that these cerami cs show properties of relaxor ferroelectrics. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Lim ited. All rights reserved.
