Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to give characterizations of weights for which reverse inequalities of Holder type for quasi-monotone functions are satis fied. Our inequalities with general weights and with sharp constants comple ment the results of [2, 8, 9] and [16, 17] for the values of parameters p a nd q with 1 less than or equal to p less than or equal to q < infinity.
