Abstract
To evaluate the potential of laser-induced autofluorescence spectroscopy fo r the detection of premalignant lesions of human stomach, fluorescence prop erties of stomach tissues have been investigated in vitro and in vivo. A sp ecially made optical fibre probe and the multichannel fluorescence collecti on system have been used successfully in our research.
