Abstract
We report a case of intra-orbital Dacryops in a 7-year-old child. The prese nting sign was progressive exophtalmus. The patient was operated via a late ral approach allowing total removal of the cyst without recurrence after on e year. The clinical, radiological (CT Scan and MRI) and therapeutical aspe cts are discussed.
