Abstract
Pelvic support depends on the normally functioning pelvic diaphragm and int
act endopelvic connective tissue support system. Factors responsible for da
mage include childbirth, connective tissue disorders, pelvic neuropathies,
congenital disorders, and pelvic surgery.
