We study the magnetic field fluctuations generated by a turbulent swirling
flow in the presence of an externally applied magnetic field. We show that
the spectra of local magnetic field fluctuations have a region of power law
scaling which is interpreted in terms of Kolmogorov's model of turbulent v
elocity fluctuations. We also discuss the mean and rms values of the magnet
