Abstract
Subperiostal hematomas (SPOH) of the orbit are mostly of traumatic origin, but may occur spontaneously. In patients with frontal and temporal extradur al hematomas, concomitant SPOH of the ipsilateral orbit have sporadically b een observed. We report clinical and radiological findings of a patient and a review of the literature and discuss the development of SPOH.
