InGaZnO4 is considered to be a better conductive transparent oxide than In2
O3 for ZnGa2O4 blue phosphor applications in held emission displays. The ph
otoluminescence of ZnGa2O4 peak at 432 nm does not decrease nor shift under
the presence of InGaZnO4 up to a couple of percent in the powder mixture.
InGaZnO4 goes through phase transformation to ZnGa2O4 by annealing it under
a reducing atmosphere. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
