Abstract
The silver salt cleavage of the Cytochrome C Horse Heart (CCHH) protein stu died with API lead to identification of the deheminised parent protein, the heme fraction and two small peptides corresponding to cleavage at aminoaci d 65. The API spectrum nm in D2O/CH3OD showed 196 hydrogen exchange for CCH H and 188 hydrogen exchange for H2O/CH3OH.
