The structures and relative stereochemistries of walleminol (1) and wallemi none (2), novel cis-fused iso-caryophyllenes from the toxigenic fungus, Wal lemia sebi, have been established by detailed high-field 1D and 2D NMR and X-ray crystallographic studies.
