Abstract
We describe a patient with hemodynamic deterioration and worsening mitral r egurgitation related to light ventricular apes pacing. Time-dependent chang es in papillary muscle contraction as well as ventricular remodeling by rig ht ventricular apes pacing might be responsible for this rare but serious c omplication.
