Abstract
An overview of GPSYS, an intelligent linear and integer goal programming sy stem is presented in this paper. The intelligent goal programming system is one which is designed to allow a non-specialist access to, and clear under standing of, goal programming solution and analysis techniques. GPSYS is eq uipped with GP speed up techniques and analysis tools such as Pareto detect ion and restoration, normalisation, automated lexicographic redundancy chec king and an interactive facility.
