Abstract
We describe the case of a 32-year-old patient with gallbladder agenesi s encountered at laparoscopy. Diagnostic confirmation was made by endo scopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and computerized scanning. Formal laparotomy was avoided. A review of the literature is presented .
