Abstract
The report series on the development and trends in the grinding technique, as presented on the IFFA'98, will be continued. In this issue the emphasis was placed on machines and systems for lumpy chopping and fine grinding. Al so this report concludes, that the development trends to high performance m achines, whereby the controlling technology as well as new raw materials ar e important requirements.
