Abstract
The title compound (AQ-dA) is obtained by coupling O-3', O-5'-bisTBDMS-prot ected 2'-deoxyadenosine with 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole-activated anthraquino ne-2-carboxylic acid followed by fluoride-ion assisted desilylation.
