P. Swain et al., Development of hybridomas secreting specific monoclonal antibodies againstNewcastle disease virus, I J ANIM SC, 68(10), 1998, pp. 1005-1008
Three different monoclonals (2B(7), 2C(3) and 2D(10)) were developed for th
e first time against an Indian virulent Newcastle disease virus (NDV) which
secreted antibodies belonging to IgG class and directed against haemagglut
inin-neuraminidase (HN) protein of the NDV. These monoclonals possessed dif
ferent biological activities and growth characteristics.
