Abstract
Three different monoclonals (2B(7), 2C(3) and 2D(10)) were developed for th e first time against an Indian virulent Newcastle disease virus (NDV) which secreted antibodies belonging to IgG class and directed against haemagglut inin-neuraminidase (HN) protein of the NDV. These monoclonals possessed dif ferent biological activities and growth characteristics.
